Re-invitation for Tenders
For UPGRADING OF KIVULINI (RASHID) (0.89KM) ROAD TO ASPHALT CONCRETE STANDARD IN KINONDONI MUNICIPALITY
Date: 6th August 2019 The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the infrastructure development in Kinondoni Municipality and Intends to apply a portion of these funds to cover eligible payment for the Upgrading of Kivulini/Rashid (0.890km) Road to Asphalt Concrete Standard In Kinondoni Municipality.
The Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency (TARURA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified Local Contractors registered by the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) ln Civil Contractors Class III and above for the Upgrading of Kivulini (Rashid) (0.89km) Road to Asphalt Concrete Standard In Kinondoni Municipality.
The estimated quantities for major works items are:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCB) specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tendering document at the office of the Secretary of Delegated TARURA Regional Tender Board, Samara Avenue, Extelecoms Tower (TTCL Building), 2nd Floor, P.O. Box 9253, Dar es Salaam, from 08.30 to 1 6.30145 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English Language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Fifty Thousand only (TZS 150,000.00). Payment should be made to TARURA Collection Account, NC No. 53010001080; NMB Kambarage Branch using CONTROL NUMBER that will be provided by the TARURA DAR ES SALAAM.
A Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents must accompany all Tenders.
All Tenders in One original plus three (3) copies, duly marked ”ORIGINAL “and “COPY” properly filled 1n, and enclosed In plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary at Delegated TARURA Regional Tender Board, Samara Avenue, Extelecoms Towers (TICL building), 2nd Floor, 9.0. Box 9253, Dar es Salaam at or before 11:00 HRS on Wednesday, 21st August, 2019. Marked Tender no. AE/092/2010-19/DSM/W1100 for Upgrading o! Kivulini (Rashld) Road (0.89M) to Asphalt Concrete Standard In Klnondonl Munldpallty. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter ln public and In the presence of Tendereis’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Regional Coordinator’s office, TARURA, Samoa Avenue, Extelecoms Towers (TTCL Building), 2nd Floor, 9.0. Box 9253, DU es Salaam.
Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received. Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted to: evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
