1.The Government of Tanzania has received a Loan from the African Development Fund towards the cost of financing the Support to Technical Vocational Educational and Training and Teachers Education and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for the
Supply of Software for Arusha Technical College (Civil & Irrigation);
2.You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.
3.All quotations in one original plus One (1) copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked” Quotation for the Supply of Software for Arusha Technical College (Civil & Irrigation)” must be delivered to the
Secretary, Ministerial Tender Board, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, College of Business Studies and Law University of Dodoma (UDOM) Block 10 at Conference Room 40479 Dodoma.
4.The deadline for submission will be at or before 10.00 a.m Hours local time on Tuesday 30th April, 2019. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Supplier’s representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, College of Business Studies and Law, University of Dodoma (UDOM) Block 10, Ground floor at Conference Room.
5.Late quotations, portion of quotations, electronic quotations, and quotations not received, quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
