THE PROVISION OF SERVICE FOR SECONDARY LINK ANNUAL INTERNET AND DATA CONNECTIVITY FOR NHIF
Invitation for Tenders
1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice as appeared in PPRA website TANePS on 16/08/2019.
2. The National Health Insurance Fund has set aside funds for its operation during the financial year 2019/2020 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for Provision of Service for Secondary Link Annual Connectivity for NHIF.
3. The National Health Insurance Fund now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Services providers of Secondary Link Annual Connectivity.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive procurement Method procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Procurement Department, National Health Insurance Fund, P. O. Box 11360, Dar es Salaam, Kurasini Bendera tatu from 08:00 am to 16:00 pm working hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania shillings, fifty thousand (TZS. 50,000/=) . Payment shall be through Bank or mobile money transfers after being provided with reference number form NHIF.
7. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
8. All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address National Health Insurance Fund, Kuarsini Bendera Tatu, Procurement Department Office at or before 10:00 local hours on Thursday 03rd October, 2019.Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the National Health Insurance Fund, Kuarsini Bendera Tatu.
9. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
