- This Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) follows the General Procurement Notice for the Ocean Road Cancer Institute for the 2018/2019 financial year that appeared in the ORCI website, PPRA website and PPRA journal
- The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Ocean Road Cancer Institute during the financial year 2018/2019 It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this IFQ is issued.
- You are hereby invited to submit your priced quotation for the provision of the services as described in the Statement of Requirement (SoR) and Prices as detailed in Section II.
- All quotations in one original plus Two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation No. PA-010/2018-19/N/18 for PROVISION OF CANTEEN SERVICE’’ service must be delivered through to the address Secretary Tender Board Ocean Road Cancer Institute, P o Box 3592, Lithuli road/Samora Avenue, Dar es salaam Institute, room number 102.
- Deadline for submission will be on Wednesday, 24/4/2019 at 03:00 pm hours local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Ocean Road Cancer Institute, P o Box 3592, Lithuli road/Samora Avenue
- Late, partial and electronic quotations, and quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
