INVITATION FOR BID
FOR THE LEASE OF PLOT NO 305, TAZARA AREA, DAR ES SALAAM ON A BUILD LEASE OPERATE AND TRANSFER BASIS
- TAZARA intends to lese plot no 305 measuring 33.8 acres located within the TAZARA area Dar es Salaam, plot no 305 is being leased on as basis and TAZARA shall bear no further liability during the lease period
- TAZARA now invites sealed tender for the lease of triangle plot no 305 on building lease operate and transfer basis
- Tendering will be conducted through the national procedure which are specified in the TAZARA Procurement & supplies manual of November 2011
- Interested tenders may inspect triangle plot no 305 through the office of the Secretary of the central tender committee at TZARA Head Office, Room No 210 Dar es Salaam on any day from the Monday – Friday excluding public holidays between 8:00 – 17:00
- Interested and eligible tenders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering documents from the office of the Secretary of the Central Tender Committee Room No 210 TAZARA Head office Nyerere/ MANDELA Roads Junction P.O. BOX 2384 Dar es Salaam
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of USD 200.00 Payment should be either by cash, banker draft or banker cheques payable to Tanzania – Zambia Railway Authority
- All tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address indicated below at or before 11:00 on 29 May 2020. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in pelvic and in the prince of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend the opening ceremony at TAZARA Head Office Conference Room Dar es Salaam , Tanzania
- Late tenders, a portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tender not received, tender not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for valuation irrespective of the circumstances
