1. The Government of Tanzania has a set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Telecommunication Corporation during this year 2019/2020. Its intend that part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the supply of ducts and accessories under two years framework contact
2. The TTCL now invites sealed tender from eligible suppliers of supply of ducts and accessories under two years framework contact
3. Tendering will be conducted though the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the public procurement regulation, 2013 – government Notice 446 together with GN NO. 333 and is opened to all tenders as defined in regulations
4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering document at the office of the tender board secretary, Extelecoms house 7th Floor 32 Samora Avenue, P.O. BOX 9070, 11950 Dar es Salaam from 8:00 am to 16:hours to Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays
5. A complete of set tendering documents IN English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 150,000/=. PAYMENT SHOULD EITHER BE BY CASH BANKER’S DRAFT OR BANKER’S Cheque payable TTCL Headquarter Cashier at ground floor, Extelecoms House
6. All tenders must be accompanied by a 1% of the total bid value in the format provider in the tendering documents
7. All tenders in one original plus one copy properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address tender board Secretary, Extelecoms House 7th Floor, 32 Samora Avenue P.O Box 9070, 1150 Dar es Salaam at of before 14:00 hrs. local time on 2nd March 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Extelecoms House 12th Floor, Samora Avenue 11950 Dar es Salaam
8. Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
