INVITATION FOR TENDERS
FOR THE SUPPLY OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES PRECISION TOOLS TENDER NO. AE/015/2018/2019/HQ/G/D6
This invitation [or Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Procurement which appeared in PPRA Procurement Journal Dated 12M October, 2018.
Weights and Measure Agency has set aside funds for its operation during the financial year 2018/2019. It is intended that, part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of Weights and Measures Precision Tools
The Weights and Measures Agency now invites sealed tenders firm eligible and reputable manufacturer/Suppliers of the Weights and Measures Precision tools.

Tendering will be conducted through the international competitive bending in the Public Procurement Ac 2011, Regulations, 2013 and its Amendments of 2016
There will be pre-bid meeting on 15″I April, 2019, all interested tandem are” invited to attend
Interested eligible Tenderer may obtain turtle: information and impart the bidding documents at the Office of the Secretary, Weights and measures Tender Board, 7th floor, NSSF MAFAO HOUSE , Uhuru sheet P.O BOX 313 DSM, front 0830 am to 15.30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public holidays.
A Tenders must be accompanied by a tenderer Security of 25% of tender sum in an acceptable form.
All tenders none original plus two copies. properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the add Secretary, Weights and Measures Agency Tender Board, P. O Box 313 PMU office ‘7th floor, NSSF MAFAO HOUSE Uhuru Street Dar es Salaam at or before 11.00 hours local time on Monday 2nd April, 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in Public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend the Opening ceremony in the Conference Room at 8th Floor, NSSF MAFAO HOUSE Uhuru Street Dares Salaam
late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not received, Bids not Opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
