INVITATION FOR TENDER
- This invitation for tender follows the general procurement notice for tender which appeared in Tanzania Procurement journal dated Thursday 4th June 2019
- The government of united republic of Tanzania has set aside fund for the operation of the Singida Municipal Council during the financial year 2019/2020. its intend the part of the proceeds of the funds will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the supply of 1 unite cesspit emptier truck (10,000 liters for carrying waste water
- The government procurement services agency on behalf of Singida Municipal Council implementing agent now invites sealed tender form eligible tenders for carrying out for the supply of 1 unite cesspit emptier truck (10,000 liters for carrying waste water
- Tendering will be conducted through national competitive bidding procedures specified in the public procurement regulation 2013- government notice no 446 as mended in 2016 and is open to all tenders as defined the regulation
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of the secretary Tender Board Government Procurement Service Agency Keko Mwanga rea Nyerere Road/ Bohari Street P.O. BOX 9150 dsm Tanzania, Admisntration Block Room No 11 from 8;00 to 3;30 PM Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000. Payment should be made after getting control number from GPSA Office banking particular( banking pay I n slip should be submitted to the GPSA Office for acknowledgement of payment of control number shall not be acceptable
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender securing declaration in the format provided in the tendering document
- All tenders in one original plus 2 copies properly filled and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address given under paragraph 5 above before 27th March 2020 at 12:00 local time, tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the GPA HQ Conference room
- Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders tender’s not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
