1. Zanzibar Petroleum Development Company Ltd has a set aside fund during the financial year 2020. Its intended that part of the fund will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for supply of motor Vehicles

3. Tendering will be conducted through national competitive procedures specified in the public procurement and disposal of public assets act
4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information and inspect the tendering document at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, procurement and Disposal Management Unit ZPDC Ltd Office at Maisara 7th Floor by email [email protected] from 9:30 – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday Except Public Holidays and Weekend
5. A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the given under paragraph 4 above and upon of non refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= . Payment should be made through the Peoples Bank of Zanzibar Account Name Kampuni ya Maendeleo ya Mafuta Account No 0715340001 at Forodhani Branch
6. Tenders must be accompanied by tenders security in an acceptable form of 2,000,000 in local currency or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign tenders
7. All tenders in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below
   The Secretary of Tender Board, Procurement and Disposal Management Unit office, ZPDC, Ministry of Land Housing water and Energy Maisara, 7th Floor, P.O. BOX 228 Zanzibar on or before 22nd September 2020 at 10:30 , tender will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at ZPDC Maisara
8. Late tenders electronic tenders, tenders not opened and not read out in Public at he tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
