SUPPLY OF LABORATORY REAGENTS, GLASSWARE & CONSUMABLES
1.This invitation for tenders follows the General Procurement Notice(GPN) that appeared in the Tanzania Procurement Journal of 16th July, 2019.
2. Stamigold Company Limited has set aside funds for its operations for the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation is issued.
3. Stamigold Company Ltd now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Goods, Works and Services to be supplied as follows.

4. Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulation 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended 2016 and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and issued the Bidding Documents at the office of THE SECRETARY OF STAMIGOLD TENDER BOARD, BIHARAMULO MINE SITE KAGERA, from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs EAT on Mondays to Saturdays except on Sunday Mobile: +2557 62200320.
6. A complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Tzs. 100,000/=or Fifty United States Dollars (USD 50) Payment should be made by Banker’s Draft via

7. All tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked “Name, description and identification number of the bid applied for” must be delivered to the address; The Secretary to the Tender Board, Stamigold -Biharamulo Mine site, at or before 15:00 hrs (EAT) on Tuesday 15th October, 2019 and on Tuesday 22ndOctober,2019 for tender Number PA/125/SBM/2019- 20/W/03 CONTRACTOR FOR MINING OPERATIONS AND EQUIPMENT ONLY.Bids Will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the BOARDROOM OF STAMIGOLD COMPANY LTD, BIHARAMULO MINE SITE.
8. Late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not opened and not read out in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
