This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared In the UN Development Business online Issue No. 948 dated 16th September 2016 and the AfDB website.
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Ministry of Finance and Planning has received a loan from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost 3 of Institutional Support Project for Good Governance phase three (ISPGG III) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of IT Equipment for PPRA
The Government Procurement Services Agency on behalf of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) an implementing agent now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers as indicated in the table below :-

Tenderers are allowed to quote for one or all lots but in any case Tenderers must quote for all “’ quantities indicated in a lot and award will be made on lot by lot basis
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016, and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further Information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, Government Procurement Services Agency a Tender Board, Keko Mwanga, Nyerere Road/Bohari Street, and P. O. Box 9150, Dar es Salaam from 07:30 am to 03:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only (TZS 100,000.00). Payment should be made after getting CONTROL NUMBER from GPSA Office. Banking particulars (Banking Pay in Slips) should be submitted to the GPSA Office for acknowledgment of payment. Payment out of control number shall not be acceptable.
All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
All tenders in one original plus two copies properly tilled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Government Procurement Services Agency Tender Board, Keko Mwanga, Nyerere Road/Bohari Street, and P. 0. Box 9150, Dar es Salaam On 13th June,2019 at 2:00 pm. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter In Public and ln the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Government Procurement Services Agency Tender Board. Keko Mwanga, Nyerere Road/Bohari Street, and P. O. Box 91 50, Dar es Salaam.
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received. Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances.
