INVITATION FOR TENDER

1. This invitation for bids follow the general procurement notice of Zanzibar Revenue Board  that appeared in the  Zanzibar Leo of 16^th September 2019 and throught ZRB-e-procurement web portal zanrevenue.org/eprc
2. Zanzibar Revenue Board   has set aside funds from its budget for the financial year 2019/2020.  Its intend that part of the process of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payment under the contract for supply of ID Card Printers and Accessories
3. Zanzibar Revenue Board    Zanzibar now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidder for supply of ID Card Printers and Accessories as follows

The above items constitute one and bidders must quote for all items and full quantities specific in the lot

4. Bidding will be conducted thought the national competitive bidding procedure specified in the public procurement and disposal of public asset (goods, works and consultant services by tender) Act No. 11 of 2016 and are open to all bidders as defined in the regulations

5. Interested eligible bidders my obtain further information from secretary – Zanzibar Revenue Board    P.O. Box 2072, Mazizini- Zanzibar, Tel: 255-24-2230639/2233041 fax 255-24-2233904 Email [email protected] and inspect the bidding documents at the address given above from 8:00 – 17: 00 Monday to Friday except for public Holidays

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English and additional sets may be purchased but interested bidders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of no- refundable fee of TSH 100, 00/- payable to Zanzibar Revenue Board    though he following bank details BANK name People Bank of Zanzibar A/C NAME Commissioner – Zanzibar Revenue Board    and A/C NO. 044003000.  ALSO INTERESTED ELIGIBLE BIDDERS MAY DOWNLOAD TENDER DOCUMENT THOUGH zrb e- procurement web portal zanrevenue.org/epoc/ after making respective  payment

7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid in the format provided in the bidding document

8. All bids in one original plus three copies properly filled in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below or at before 10:00 hrs Thursday 06 February 2020.  Bids will be opened promptly thereafter I public and in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the address below

9. Late tenders, portion of tender electronic tenders not received tender not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
