2. Shinyanga Region. REDESO in partnership with UNHCR is implementing the project titled “Tanzania Alternative Cooking Fuels and 1 Training Programme” 2019 in Nduta Refugee Camp Kibondo District Part of the funds allocated to this project is intended to be spent in procurement of Biomass Charcoal Briquette for Persons of Concern (PoC) in Nduta Refugee Camp.
3. Procurement will be conducted through the Competitive Tendering procedures specified in REDESO’s Procurement Manual. 20 I 9, , Chapter 12 this is open to all potential Tenderers.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Tender documents upon submission of written application letter and bank pay in slip for the cost of tender document purchase at REDESO Headquarters in Dar es Salaam,P.O. Box 262i. The Office is located at Kinondoni B, Urambo Street, Plot No. 40, House Number KlN/KNMI96 near Open University of Tanzania also tender documents will be available at the Project Coordinator REDESO Kibondo Office’s (P.0 Box l42 Kibondo near DRC Offices). Submissions should be made from 09.30 am. to 4.30pm Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of be TZS.50,000/= (Fifty Thousand Shillings Only).Payment should be made through NMB Bank AlcNo.5l503500l28 (REDESO EDUCATION ACCOUNT) NMB KIBONDO.
6. All tenders in one original plus one copy for each envelope of Financial and Technical offer (two envelope system), properly filled . in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address REDESO Kibondo Field Offices, P. 0. Box I42 Kibondo near DRC Offices not later than l6: 00 pm of 07th of November, 20 l 9. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at REDESO Kibondo Field Offices.
7. Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the i tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
8. The bids submitted through Post office MUST be registered at REDESO Kibondo Office before the deadline.
