FOR SUPPLY OF GENERAL STATIONARY FOR THE YEAR 2019/2020

MCL/T/01/08/2019 Supply of General stationaries
MCL invites eligible competent suppliers to submit their tenders for the above services. Each lot is independent and supplier can quote for more than one lot as shown in the table above,
Tendering will be conducted through Competitive Bidding and is open to Local Tenderers only,
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tendering documents at the office of Secretary, Tender Committee. P.O.BOX 19754. Mandela Road Plot No 34/35 Dar es salaam from 09.00AM to 04.3OPM from Monday to Friday inclusive except on Public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Documents in English will be available for collection by the Tenderers at a rate of Tsh 100,000/= (One hundred thousand only) non-refundable. Payment should either be by Banker Cheque or Cash deposit payable to Mwananchi Communications Limited through CRDB Bank Account Number: 01J1005505400 and receipt enclosed in the bidding document.
All tenders in one original plus one copy, properly filled in and enclosed In plain envelopes must be delivered to a sealed tender box available at MCL. Tabata Relini.
Deadline for submission Is Thursday 05th September 2019, on or before 2.00PM. All tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in the presence of Tenderer’s representatives who choose to attend in the tender opening ceremony at the Company’s Board Room at Tabata Relini.
Late tenders, portion of tenders not received. tenders not opened and not read out In public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
The tenderers are invited for a site visit at their own costs.
