The East African Community has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Statistics Development and Harmonisation Regional Project (StatDHRP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1] for Supply of Equipment for the Data Lab at East African Statistical Training Centre (EASTC), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
The EAC/StatDHRP now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of Equipment for the Data Lab at East African Statistical Training Centre (EASTC), Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Bidding will be conducted through National (regional at EAC level) competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016 (Revised November 2017) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

M Njuru at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] [email protected], and inspect the bidding document during office hours from. 0900 to 16oohours at the address given (9) below. [2]

Bids must be delivered to the address in (9) below on or before 11:00 am local time on 20th April 2020. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address in (9) below at 11: 30 am local time, on 20th April 2020.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in USD 8,600
