SUPPLY OF AIR PATROL SERVICES FOR TUNA AND TUNA LIKE FISHERY INSIDE EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE (EEZ) OF THE UNITED REPUBLIC OF TANZANIA
- The UNITED Republic of Tanzania has received a grant from World Bank in various currencies for implementation of south western Indian Ocean fisheries governance and shared growth projector (SWIOfish). It is intended that part of the proceed of this fund will be applied to eligible payment under the contract for which this invitation for National competitive Bidding Issued
- The Deep Sea Fishing Authority hereby invites you to submit your sealed bid for supply of Air Patrol Services for Tuna and Tuna like fishery inside exclusive economic zone of the United Republic of Tanzania
- A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee for bid of TZS 100,000/= or an equivalent amount in freely vonveratable currency. The mention of payment will be cash or bankers cheque payable to the director general of deep sea fishing authority P.O. Box 56, Fumba Zanzibar. The bidding document will be collected from DSFA Office Fumba – Zanzibar
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive method procedure as specified in the world bank guidelines. Procurement of goods works, and non-consulting under IBRD Loans credit grants by the world bank borrowers January 2011 revised July 2017 (procurement guidelines) interested bidders may obtain further information form the address below in accordance with the procedures set out in the world bank’s

- Deadline for the submission will be 19th March 2020 11:00 quotation will be open promptly thereafter in a public and in the presence of suppliers representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the deep sea fishing authority building fumba Zanzibar conference room
- Late quotation, portion of quotation electronic quotation and quotation nor received, quotation not opened at the opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of any circumstances
