CONTRACT TITTLE: SUPPLY OF ADDITIONAL PIPES FITTINGS FOR NETWORK REHABILITATION

1. The United republic of Tanzania has a received financing from the world bank towards the cost of the second water sector support project and intends to apply  part of the  proceeds towards payments under the contract for supply of additional pipes fittings for network rehabilitation
2. DAWASA invite the sealed tenders from eligible Bidders for supply of various pipes fittings for network rehabilitation , delivery location is dare s salaam and delivery period is  3 months after signing the contract
3. bidding will be conducted though national competitive tendering method procedure specified in the world bank  guidelines procurement of goods works and non-consulting services under IRBD Loans and IDA credits and grants by world bank borrowers dated January 2011 revised July 2014 (procurement guidelines) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines, in additional please refer to paragraph 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the world bank policy on conflicts
4. Interested and eligible bidders obtain further information from and inspect the tendering documents at the office of the secretary DAWASA Tender Board and dunga /Malanga  Street( Opp Mwanayamala Hospital) P.O. BOX 1573 DMS from 8:00 am – to 16:00 hrs on MONDAY – FRIDAY Inclusive except public holidays
5. A complete of set of tendering documents in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested tender on the submission of written application to the address below   and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000 payment should the method payment will be deposit by direct deposit or telegraphic transfer made to Name CRDB Bank Account Name e DAWASA Account Number 01J10442996201 SWIFT CODE CORUTZ pay in slip should be submitted to be able to collect the bidding document  from the Secretary  DAWAS, Tender Board DAWASA Building Dunga/Malanga Street Opposite Mwananyamala Hospital Dar es Salaam, the bidding document may also be delivered to interested bidders as digital version through email upon payment of the aforementioned fee
6. Bids Must Be Delivered To The Address Below on Or before 22 December 2020  14:00 hrs Local time electronic bidding will not be permitted late bids will be rejected, bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attendee ate the address below on 22 December 2020  14;00 local time
7. All bids must be accompanied by bids security of TZS 20,00,000 Or any equivalent amount freely convertible currency in form of irrevocable bank guarantee
