INVITATION FOR TENDERS

For
SUPPLY MATERIALS, CONSTRUCTIONS OF PIPED AND CIVIL WORKS FOR BUGANDO, CHABULA, NYASHIGWE AND KONGOLO VILLAGE
Date: 01st March 2019
- This invitation tenders follow the procurement notice for this project which appeared in development Business issue No. WB320-696/07 dated August 2017
- The Magu District has received financing from development partners and the government of United Republic of Tanzania towards the cost of supply materials of piped and civil works for Bugando, Chabula, Nyashigawe and Kongolo villages in Magu District Council and intends to apply part of the proceeds to cover eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued
- The Magu Distric Concil now is invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified civil contractors registered with CRB at least in class three or equivalent Jv to carry out the works for supply materials of piped and civil works for Bugando, Chabula, Nyashigawe and Kongolo Villages n Magu District Council
- Interested eligible tenderers may obtain information from and inspect the tendering document at the office Secretary of the Tender Board, Magu District Council P.O. Box 200, Magu from 07:30 am to 03:30 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive expect on public holidays
- Qualifications requirement’s include legal status of the company, requisite CRB registration, proposed major equipment for carrying out works, qualifications and financial status of the bidder
- Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding specified I the public procurement regulations, government notice No.446 of 2013 and is open to all tenderer as defined in the regulations unless otherwise started in the tender data sheet
- Complete set of tendering documents in English in hard copy and additional sets may be purchased by interested tenderer on the submission of a written application to the address given paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 200,000.00
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender security in an acceptable form in the amount of 3% of bid price or by a tender securing deceleration in the format provided in the tendering documents unless otherwise stated in the tender data sheet
- All tender in one original plus two copies properly filled in , and enclosed in plan envelopes must be delivered to the address given under paragraph 11 below at before 11:00 am on Friday 15th March 2019
- Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in presence tenderer representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the district Conference Hall Magu Town
- Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders and tenders not received not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be acceptable for evaluation irrespective of the circumstance
