TENDER NO LGA/036/2018-2019/LADP/G/25 LOT 3
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING, MAINTENANCE & CARPENTRY OF JOINERY TAILORING EQUIPMENT FOR REMELA FDC
- The NGARA DC LOCATED IN Kagera dc has received fund from regional rusumo falls hydroelectric power project world bank through NELSAP/under the program of LADP and set aside some fund toward supply installation training maintenance repair of Tailoring Carpentry and joinery equipment for Remela FDC. Its Intends That Parts Of the Proceed Of The Funds Will Be Used To Cover Eligible Payments Under The Contract For Which This Invitation For Tender Is Issued
- The Ngara DC now invited sealed tenders from eligible National suppliers for carpentry equipment’s
- Tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering procedure specified in the public procurement regulations 2013 – government notice 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering documents at the office of the secretary of Tender Board Ngara DC, P.O. BOX 30 Ngara from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday – Friday inclusive except public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000/= payment should be either by cash , bankers draft or banker cheque to the district executive director ngara DC
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender security in the format provided in the tender document
- All tenders in one original plus 3 copies properly filled and enclosed in plain marked TENDER NO LGA/036/2018-2019/LADP/G/25 LOT 3 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TRAINING, MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF CAPENTYR EQUIPMENT FOR REMELA FDC must be delivered to the secretary of tender board ngara DC P.O. BOX 30 NGARA at or before 10:00 hours local time on Tuesday 19th May 2020. Tender’s will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening Ngara DC MEETING HALL
- Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in the public at the tenders opening ceremony hall shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
- The Ngara DC is not bound to accept the lowest quoted price
