REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
FOR
SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HYPER CONVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (HCI SOLUTION)
- KCB Bank Tanzania Limited invites sealed request for proposal from eligible services provider on both lease and outright purchase option for the infrastructure- hyper converge(HCI) Solution
- Scope and description of specifications for the requirements are clearly detailed in the document to be shared via email upon bidder’s expression of the interest to the bid download from www.kcbgroup.com
- Expression of interest to bid should be sent to [email protected] with subject TENDER FOR SUPPLYIN, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF HYPERCONNVERGED INFRASTRUCTURE (HCI SOLUTION)
- Interested bidders should obtain any further information from Procurement office at KCB Bank Tanzania Limited Head Office Harambee Plaza, P.O. Box Dar es Salaam, from 9: 00 AM TO 3:30 PM Monday to Friday except on public holidays
- The minimum qualification required for the bidders should include and not limited to
- Bidders must be a gold partner with the original equipment manufacturer of the proposed solution
- Should have at least minimum of 2 relevant clients where the bidders has implemented as a similar solution within the region
- Should have tax clearance certificate for the year 2020
6. All request for clarification or any enquirers concerning the request are to be sent to the email address above before 13th March 2020 at 3:00 PM
7. All proposal in one original plus 2 copies properly sealed must be delivered and dropped in the tender box to the address below

8. Late submission partial submission of the proposal electronic proposal and proposal not received within the stipulated timelines shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of circumstance
9. The bank reserves the right to accept or reject any bid to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to the award of the contract without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder or any obligation inform the bidder of the grounds for its action
10. All other terms and condition are as stipulated within the bid document
