INVITATION FOR TENDERS

SUPPLY, CONFIGURATION, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF BROKING & ACCOUNTING SYSTEM
TIB Rasilimali Limited has set aside funds towards the cost for Supply, Configuration,Installation and commissioning of Broking & Accounting System and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payment under the successful bidder.
The TIB Development Bank Ltd on behalf of TIB Rasilimali Limited now invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for Supply, Configuration, Installation and commissioning of Broking & Accounting System.
Tendering will be conducted through International Competitive Tendering (ICT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.

Inspection of the Tendering Documents can be done at the office of the TIB Development Bank Ltd, Mlimani City Office Park, Building No.3 Sam Nujoma Road, and 1st Floor P. O. Box 9373 Dar es Salaam from 09.00am to 04.00pm on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration Form in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
A complete set document for the tender shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application letter to the address given below and upon payment of a non – refundable fee of TZS 100,000.00 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) or equivalent. Payment should be made at any TIB Corporate Bank Ltd Branches i.e. Mlimani City and Samora Avenue in Dar es Salaam, Mbeya, Arusha and Mwanza branch, A/C No. 005600000100001 A/C Name TIB Development Bank Ltd. All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Supply, Configuration, Installation and commissioning of Broking & Accounting System for TIB Rasilimali Limited. Must be delivered to the Secretary, TIB Tender Board, Mlimani City, Building No. 3, 5: am Nujoma Road, Dar es salaam at or before 15th July 2019 at 1100 Hrs.
Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the TIB Development Bank Ltd, Mlimani City Office Park, Building No3 5:am Nujoma Road, 1st Floor.
Late Tenders, portions of Tenders, electronic Tenders, and Tenders not received, Tenders not opened, and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
