SUPPLY OF TWO BRAND NEW TEN (10) TONES TIPPER TRUCKS IN MOROGORO MUNICIPALITY
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received a credit from the International Development Association (UDA) towards the cost of Urban Local Government Strengthening Program (ULGSP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to cover for eligible payments under the contract for procurement of 50 Skip Buckets, Two Brand New Ten (10) Tones Tipper Trucks and Two Brand New Skip Loaders for solid waste management in Morogoro Municipality.
The Morogoro Municipal Council now invites sealed bids from eligible Suppliers to supply 50 skip buckets, Two Brand New Ten (10) Tones Tipper Trucks and Two Brand New skip Loader in Morogoro Municipality.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, Municipal Tender Board, P.O.BOX 166, Morogoro situated at the junction Old Dar es Salaam and Station roads from 7.30 to 15.30 hours local time on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs.100,000.00 (Tshs. One Hundred thousand only) per each Tender. Payment should either be by, Banker’s Draft, or Banker’s Cheque, payable to The Municipal Director, Morogoro Municipal Council.
Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing declaration in the format provided in the Tendering documents unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet
All Tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and en-closed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address below at or before 09th September, 2019 at 12.00 Noon. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at the Municipal Hall, situated at the junction of Old Dar es salaam and Station roads. Late Tenders. Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
