SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF LAN AND CENTRALIZED UPS SYSTEM IN IRINGA, SINGIDA, KILIMANJARO AND HEAD QUARTER OFFICES.

Invitation for Tenders

1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project, which appeared in NHIF website dated 05^th July, 2018.
2. The National Health Insurance Fund has set aside funds for the its operation during the financial year 2018/2019 and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of LAN and Centralized UPS System in Iringa, Singida, Kilimanjaro and Head Quarter Offices.
3. The National Health Insurance Fund now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Services provider for Supply and Installation of LAN and Centralized UPS System in Iringa, Singida, Kilimanjaro and Head Quarter Offices.
4. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procurement method, a procedure specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 and its amendments.
5. The Tenderer may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Procurement Unit, National Health Insurance Fund, P. O. Box 11360, Dar es Salaam, at Kurasini Bendera Tatu. From 08:00 to 16:00 working hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
6. A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000 which will be paid Direct to NHIF account after being issued payment control number from the office of the Procurement Unit.
7. The Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
8. The tender in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked ‘’Supply and installation of LAN and centralized ups system in Iringa, Singida, Kilimanjaro and Head Quarters Offices’’ must be delivered to the address;  The Secretary, Tender Board,  National Health Insurance Fund, Kurasini BenderaTatu, Block “D”, Procurement Unit Office at or before 10:00 local hours on Friday the 5^th April, 2019.  Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tender’s representative(s) who choose to attend in the opening ceremony at the National Health Insurance Fund, Kurasini Bendera Tatu.
9. Late Tender, portion of Tender, electronic Tender, Tender not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
