1.1 Azania Bank Ltd has set aside funds for the financial year 2022 and it intends to
apply part of the proceeds of this fund to payments under contract and therefore
hereby invites sealed bids from eligible tenderers for the Tender for Supply and Delivery of Cisco Network Equipment.
1.2 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the

refundable fee of Tanzania shillings One Hundred Thousand (TZS100, 000.00) or its

branch during normal office working hours.
NB: Evidence of the payment must be attached to your submission.
1.3 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in
Tanzania shillings and shall remain valid for 90 days from the closing date of the
tender.
1.4 Completed tender documents original plus copy are to be enclosed in a plain sealed
envelope, marked with the tender number and name and be submitted to
Procurement Management Unit Offices at Azania Bank HQ- Mawasiliano
