RE-INVITATION OF TENDER FOR
SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF ANDROID POS MACHINE
TENDER NO: PA/092/2019/TPB/G/58/Lot 2

1.TPB BANK PLC has set aside funds for procurement of goods and services during the financial year 2019 and intends to apply part of the fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for supply and Commissioning of Android POS machines.
2. TPB BANK PLC now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for supply and Commissioning of Android POS machines. Tenderers must quote for all items specified in the schedule of requirement. Tenderers not quoting all items and quantities as specified will be considered non responsive and will be rejected.
3. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act of 2011 (Goods, Works,Non-consultant Services and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Regulations, 2013Govemment Notice .446 and is open to all tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Document.
5. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information at the office of The Secretary, TPB BANK PLC Tender Board, Situated on 10‘“ Floor LAPF Building Kijitonyama Bagamoyo Road P.O.Box 9300 Dar es salaam from 09:30am to 16:00pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on Public Holidays.
6. A complete set of tendering documents and additional sets in English may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address under 5 above and upon payment of a non refundable fee of TZS 100,000]: (Say Tanzanian Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) .The method of payment will be by Cash deposit payable to the Chief Executive Officer, TPB Bank PLC, PO. BOX 9300, Dar es Salaam.
7. All bids in one original plus one copy, properly tilled in, and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked “SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING OF ANDROID POS MACHINES” NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 1600hrs 24“I September 2019 must be delivered either by hand or sent by registered post addressed to the Secretary TPB BANK PLC
8. Tender Board, PO. Box 9300, Dar es salaam so as to reach him at or before 1600hrs on Tuesday 24th September 2019
9. Tenders will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in the conference Room (10m Floor). TPB BANK PLC ,LAPF Building, 10‘h floor P. 0. Box 9300, Dares Salaam. at 1600 hrs on Tuesday 24th September 2019 Bids sent by post must be registered. The outer cover should be clearly marked “TENDER FOR SUPPLY AND COMMISSIONING 0F ANDROID POS MACHINES” NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 160 mm 24th September 2019
10. Late tenders, portion of tenders. electronic, and tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
