World Vision Tanzania has set aside funds for the operations of the Organization during Financial Year 2019/2020 It is intended that part of the proceeds of the funds will be applied to cover eligible payments under the contract. The World Vision Tanzania – Head office now intends to identify and enlist reputable and registered suppliers and service providers of the following:

A2 : Gardening, landscaping and Housekeeping.
A3 : Courier services
A4 : Supply and service of Telecommunications equipment
AS : Security Services

Bl : Estate maintenance Works
B2 : Staff transport& Tours (Head Office- Arusha)
B3 : Staff transport& Tours (Dar Office)
B4 : Transportation of Cargo
B5 : Motor Vehicle Repairs & Maintenance

CATEGORYC
Cl : Medical Insurance (Principle Insurers only)
C2 : Life Assurance (Principle Insurers ohly)
C3 : Fidelity Insurance Guarantee and Business for all Risks (Principle Insurers only)
C4 : Contract for Security Service (Head Office Arusha and Clusters)
CS : Employee Wellness Program Services

Dl : Catering Services
D2 : Supply of Drinking Water and Office Consumables
D3 : Service and Supply of fire protection equipment’s

Bid docyments will be issued to categories A to D.

A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained at WVT head office Njiro – Arusha by interested eligible bidders, upon presentation of original Bank Pay in slip for Tzs 100,000/= (TZS, One hundred Thousand only) per each Service/Supply being a non-refundable fee, deposited with our bank accounts details below.

For interested eligible bidders who cannot visit our offices, they shall be required to deposit Tzs. 100,000/= (TZS, One hundred Thousand only) per each Service/Supply applied for and send a scanned copy of the deposit slip to the email address [email protected]. The bid document shall
be sent to their email address. Upon physical submission of the Bid document by the supplier a copy of the receipt should be attached. The fee is non-refundable

Bids Will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in the conference room of the organization (TUMAINI HALL) at 31th July, 2019. Local time of 10:00AM
Bids sent by post must be registered.

The tender validity period is 90 days.

Telegraphic, Telex, Telefax and late non-Telegraphic, Telex and Telefax will not be accepted. Bids not received and not opened in public at the public bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.

Note that the organization is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any tender. The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per World Vision Procurement Policies. Note: All interested Services Provider/Suppliers should have Electronic Fiscal Device Machine. (EFD)
