FOR RENOVATION OF NSSF MAFAO HOUSE KAGERA”
This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice which appeared in Tanzania Procurement Journal (TPJ) Issue Number ISSN: 1821-6021 VOL XII -NO-26thdated 25th June, 2019.
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has set aside funds for its operations during the financial year 2019-2020. It is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover payments under the contract for Goods, Works, Non Consultancy Services and Consultancy Services.
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) now invites sealed Tenders who are capable to carry out tender as indicated below:

Tendering will be conducted through the procurement method indicated in column 4 above as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, 7th Floor, NSSF Head Office, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B) Azikiwe Street, P. O. Box 1322, Dar es Salaam. from 8.00am to 5.00pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete sets of Tendering Documents in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in the specific Tender Document. Payment should be made by Cash at National Social Security Fund cash office 7th Floor, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B).
Details of each specific tenders are available at the PMU NSSF Head Office. All interested bidders are advised to visit our webSite, PPRA Journal or NSSF PMU Office located at 7th Floor, Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B) at Junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets Dar es Salaam.
There will be a Site Visit 0n 10thSeptember, 2019 for Tender of Works at NSSF NYAKATO FLATS MWANZA and NSSF Bukoba, Kagera at 1O:00am,so as to make Tenderers to be aware with the scope of work to be performed.
All tenders in one original plus two copies of the original, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered at the NSSF Conference Room, 16th Floor of Benjamin William Mkapa Pensions Towers (Tower B) at Junction of Azikiwe/Jamhuri Streets, Dar es Salaam On the dates specified in respective Tender Document.
Late Tenders, Portion of Tenders, Electronic Tenders. Tenders not received, Tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
