PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO RUWASA’s ICT STAFF N DEVELOPMENT OF INFORMATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
- The rural water supply and Sanitation Agency has a set aside fund for the recruitment of an individual consultant to provide technical support services to RUWASA ICT Staff in developing of information communication system. It is intend part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the communication system for the financial year 2010/2020
- The main objective of this assignment is to improve RUWASA’s operational efficiency through technical support on web design and development of information communication system by using operations leading and development of various ICT solution to improve operational efficiency of RUWASA
- The scope of the service shall include but not limited to the following activities
i. Accessing the effectiveness of the existing ICT System
ii. Development of RUWASA ICT Policy and strategy
iii. Development of ICT Solution
iv. Web development and management digital platform
v. System administration and security
4 The RUWASA now invites eligible and qualified individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing services. The interested consultant must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting their profiles, descriptions of similar assignment, experience similar condition availability appropriate skills among staff
5. consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the Public Procurement Regulations – Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 together with their amendments of 2016
6. Selection to be shortlisted will be based on the requirement capabilities and experiences for the improvement of RUWASA operational efficiency through email support on web design and development of information communication system by studying operations leading design and development of various ICT solutions to improve operational efficiency of FUWASA
6. Interested eligible consultant may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary. Tender Board NBC BANK Second Floor2 PMU Office, P.O. Box 412 kuu road, 40473, Dodoma from 9:30 AM on Monday to Friday 3:00 PM inclusive except on public holidays
7. Expression of interested in one original plus two copies must be enclosed in a sealed envelope properly addressed and delivery to the Secretary. Tender Board NBC BANK Second Floor 2 PMU Office, P.O. Box 412 kuu road, 40473, Dodoma at or before 11:30 Am 31th January 2020. The envelopes containing EoI Must be clearly marked “Expression of Interest for provision of technical support services to RUWASA’s ICT Staff in Development of information communication system
7. Late expression of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
