Invitation for Tenders
Date: 28th March,2019

1. This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the Tender Portal issued on 7^th June, 2018.
2. The College of Business Education now invites sealed Tenders from eligible “National” providers for Provision of Students Cafeteria Services at Dar es Salaam Campus.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement (Regulations, 2013 – Government Notice No. 446 as amended in 2016 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, College of Business Education, P.O.Box 1968, Dares Salaam, Block D 4^th Floor, Room No.6 from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Documents in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 3 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee ofTsh.50,000.00 (Tanzania Shillings Fifty Thousands Only). Payment should made by Cash through NMB Morogoro Road Branch Account Number 20601100030 and submit a pay in-slip to a College cashier for a receipt.
6. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in the Tendering Documents.
7. All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, sealed and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the to the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board,College of Business Education,P.O.Box 1968,Dar es Salaam, Block D,4^th Floor,Room No.6 at or before 10.00 am on Thursday 11^th April,2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at theCollege of Business Education Board Room.
8. Late Tenders, portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, Tenders not received, and not opened and not read out in public at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
