TANESCO now invites sealed Tender from you for Provision of Service For Supply and Servicing Fire Fighting Equipment and Carry Fumigation Services for Umeme Park Building and Its Components Under Framework Contract.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 read together with Public Procurement (Amendment) Regulations G.N No. 333 under Public Procurement (Amendment) Act No. 5 of 2016.
You may obtain further information from the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, TANESCO Tender Room No. G 04, Ubungo Area Morogoro Road, Annex of Umeme Park Building P ..O Box 9024 Dar Es Salaam from 09:00 Hours to 16: 00 Hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A Complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets FInay be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph three (3) above and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100,000 .00 (Tanzania Shillings One Hundred Thousand only) through National Microfinance Bank (NMB) upon receipt of reference number from TANESCO.
Your Tender must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration in the format provided in section IX of the Tender Document.
Tender shall be in one ( 1) original plus three (3) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked ‘TENDER No. PA/001/2018-19/HQ/N/15 FOR PROVISION OF SERVICE FOR SUPPLY AND SERVICING FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENTS AND CARRY OUT FUMIGATION SERVICES FOR UMEME PARK BUILDING AND ITS COMPONENTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT’ BEFORE 10:30hrs 17th July, 2019 should be addressed to the SECRETARY, TANESC0 TENDER BOARD P.0. BOX 9024, DAR ES SALAAM TANZANIA to reach him at Tender room, Room No. G 04 not later than 2019 at or before 10.30hrs local time. Tenders will be opened their after in public and in the presence of your representative if you choose to attend in the Opening at TANESCO Conference Room, Ubungo Area Morogoro Road, Ground floor, Umeme Park Building.
