TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
1. Tenders are invited from qualified and experienced security companies to provide security services for 2019/2020 academic year.
2. TENDER NO.1 SECURITY SERVICES:RUCU CENTRAL CAMPUS
3. TENDER NO.2 SECURITY SERVICES:RUCU EXTERNAL PROPERTIES
4. Each bidder should submit one original copy of the bid plus three copies and make a payment of nonrefundable fee of Tsh.150,000/=(Say Tanzania Shillings One hundred and Fifty thousand shillings ) only. Documents and original receipt or bank deposit slip should be enclosed in plain sealed envelope and be delivered by hand or registered mail. The outer cover should be marked “TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT RUCU: TENDER NO.1 OF 2019/2020. NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE 10:30 HOURS ON 20 TH DAY OF AUGUST 2019.
5. Payment should be made through any of the following bankers: TANZANIA POSTAL BANK RUCU A/C No. 020000027 or MKOMBOZ BANK RUCU A/C 01111509190901 OR CRDB RUCU A/C 01J1071042600.

7. The deadline for submission of bids is 16.00 hours (4.00 p.m) on 19th August 2019 and the tender box will be closed.
8. Bids will be opened on 20th August 2019 at 10:30 hours (10.30 a.m.) in public and in the presence of bidders or their representatives if they so choose to attend.
9. Bids not received, opened and read out in public at the bid opening day shall not be considered for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
10. Telegraphic, fax and/or part of the bid shall not be accepted.
