INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE

PROVISION OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE EAC HEADQUARTERS COMPLEX ARUSHA 2020/2021

Reference Number: EACFA/SRVCS/20-21/031

1.  EAC has allocated to be used for the acquisition of Provision of Property Management Services for the EAC Headquarters Complex Arusha.

2. EAC invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non consultancy services.

3.  Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the at the EAC website: www.eac.int or at the address given below at 8(a) from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm office hours.

4.  Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11.00 am 29^th Sept, 2020. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 11.30 am 29^th Sept 2020.

5. There shall be a site visit at the EAC Headquarters in Arusha 8(a) as per the address below on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
