PROVISION OF NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PROVIDING, INSTALLING AND MANAGING DIGITAL COMMAND CENTER PLATFORM
Expression of Interest
This invitation for expression of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) which appeared in the Daily News and Tanzania News Papers on 2nd August,2019.
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Tourist Board during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Provision of Non-Consultancy Services for Providing. Installing and Managing a Digital Command Center Platform.
The Tanzania Tourist Board now invites eligible Consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing the services which include (i) Understanding of the assignment, (ii) Description of Similar assignments, (iii) Experience in similar conditions, (iv) Availability of appropriate skills among key staff, Product ownership/License etc. The assignment is for three (3) years and can be reviewed and renewable.
Please note that. this is NOT a request for Technical or financial proposals. After a review of Letters of Expression of Interest, 3 short list will be prepared and the individual/fmn who will demonstrate to have more capability and experience of undertaking the assignment will be invited to submit their technical and financial proposals.
Interested Consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants “may not’ associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 201 1 and the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).

Expressions of Interest (Eol) must be delivered by email in Pdf format through [email protected] or a sealed envelope by hand or by courier to the Secretary, Tanzania Tourist Board (TI’B Tender Board), Utalli House, along Ali Hassan Mwinyi Road/Laibon street, Plot No.1, Oysterbay,Room: PMU Office at 1 0:00 Hrs on Monday 23:11 September,2019. The outer envelope must be clearly marked PAI036/2019-2020/NC103 for Provision of Non-Consultancy Services for Providing, installing and Managing Digital Command Center Platform
Expression of interest will be promptly opened thereafter in Public in the presence of the bidder representatives who choose to mm in person.
Late Expressions of interest shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
