PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES

BACKGROUND
Norwegian Aid is a Non-governmental and development organization working to promote social justice. Human Rights and economic Justice for poor communities. NCA has its foundation based in the congregation of churches in Norway whose effort are dedicated towards eradicating poverty, its causes and social deprivation. In Tanzania NCA works in collaboration with local funded based partners
Norwegian Church Aid Tanzania in corporation with partners invites qualified individual consultants or firms in provision of the following services a Request for Proposal s for the relevant lots
- Consultancy on Job Analysis Review
The consulting firms or individual should posses the below listed qualification
i. At least five years of in-depth experience in conducting job need analysis
ii. Experience in talent management/development and training activities
iii. Experience in working with international organization (preferably NGO)
iv. Excellent analytical, research writing and communication skills
v. Ability to work independently
vi. A high standard of professionalism
vii. proficiency in English both oral and written
- Consultancy on Clinical Services Review
Specific qualification of team leader will include but not limited to
i. Master’s in health related with experience in conducting clinical services monitoring and review with not less than 5 years
ii. Goo understanding of Tanzanian Health system
iii. Demonstrated evidence of carrying similar work in East Africa before specifically in Tanzania particular Health sector
iv. good in qualitative and quantitative research methods
v. experience in undertaking of clinical services/hospitals services monitoring and review
vi. good report writing skills
The interested consultants shall provide the following information to the contracting authority
- indicate which consultancy services you are interested in
- provide the following information
- the individual company name and contacts
- contact person
- CV individual or brief description of the company’s background and main line of work and
- Experience with this kind of services (as specified above)
