Mailman School of Public Health (MSPH) Tanzania LLC- also known locally as ICAP is a not-for-profit organization registered and operated by The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York, in the United States of America. ICAP has been working with the Ministry of Health in Tanzania since 2004 to implement health programs for reduction of perinatal transmission of HIV and support the rapid scale up of HIV care and treatment. ICAP now works in close partnership with the Ministry of Health
Community Development Gender Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC)) and provides capacity-building and technical assistance (TA) for the national HIV and tuberculosis (TB) programs.
LOT 2. Provision of community-based Tuberculosis (TB) Screening services and management of resource center for People Who inject Drugs (PWID) targeted for Medical Assisted Therapy (MAT) with Methadone.

The bid documents submitted after deadline will not be considered and accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
