INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR PROVISION OF
CANTEEN SERVICE OSBP NAMANGA BORDER STATION

INVITATION FOR TENDER NO. AE/023/2019-2020/AR/SERVICE/006 FOR PROVISION OF CANTEEN SERVICE OSBP NAMANGA BORDER STATION.
1. The Tanzania Revenue Authority Arusha has set aside fund in the Financial Year 2019/20 for the purpose of facilitating the management of administrative services and intends to apply part ofthe proceeds of the fund to procure Canteen Service OSBP Namanga Border station, TRA Arusha Region.
2. The Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Arusha now invites sealed tenders from eligible Tenderers for carrying out the Canteen Services in OSBP Namanga Border Station.
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Procurement (Goods, Works, Non Consultant Service and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Regulations, 2013- Government Notice No.97 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary, TRA Regional Tender Board, TRA Regional block, Basement Room No. 35, ARUSHA.
5. A complete set of Tender Document (s) in English may be Collected by interested Tenderers from the Secretary, TRA REGIONAL TENDER BOARD,

6. All tenders in one original copy properly filled in, and enclosed in sealed envelopes clearly marked ” TENDER FOR CANTEEN SERVICES OSB NAMANGA BORDER STATION” must be delivered by hand to the Secretary, TRA Regional Tender Board, TRA REGIONAL Block, Room No. 35, Basement, O. Box 3153, Arusha at or before 15.00 hours local time on June, 14th , 2019 and must be accompanied by copies of valid Trading Licenses, Firm Registration certificates, TIN, VAT Certificates TFDA certificate and Business license Tax Clearance certificate.
7. Tenders will be opened just after the deadline for submission at the conference room located on the second floor. Tenderers or their representative who wish to attend the opening ceremony are invited.
8. Telegraphic, Telefax, E-mailed or similar submissions will not be accepted. Late Tenders not received and not opened in the Public Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
