PROPOSED OFFICE PARTITIONING AT ATCL HOUSE THIRD (3) FLOOR

1. Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) has set aside funds for office partitioning at ATCL House third (3) Floor, for the financial year 2019/2020, it is intended that part of the funds will be used to cover eligible payments under the contract for proposed office partitioning at ATCL House Third (3) Floor.
2. Air Tanzania Company Limited now invites sealed bids from eligible contractors registered in Class Four (4) and above in Building Category for the proposed office partitioning at ATCL House Third (3) Floor. The project scope will involve third (3) floor partitioning at Air
Tanzania Company Limited House as follows:

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in Regulation 76 (Goods, Works, Non Consultancy Service and Disposal of Public Assets by Tender) Government Notice No. 446 of 2013 and is open to all eligible bidders
4. Invited Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Secretary, Tender Board, ATCL House, located at the Junction of Ohio Street/Garden Avenue/Pamba Road, Ilala-Dar es Salaam, second (2) Floors from 09:00 Hours -15:00 Hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
5. A complete set of Tendering Document (s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/=.Payment should be either be by cash or Banker’s Cheque, payable to Air Tanzania Company Limited.
6. All bids in one (1) original plus two (2) copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain separate inner envelopes properly marked ‘original’ and ‘copies’ as appropriate, sealed in one plain outer envelope, must be delivered to the address below at or before Monday 16 th December, 2019 at 14:00 Hrs. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Bidders’ representatives who choose
to attend in the opening at the Air Tanzania Company Limited, ATCL House second floor located on Plots No.773/59&774/40 at the Junction of Ohio/Garden Avenue/Pamba Road , Ilala -Dar es Salaam
7. The outer cover containing the bid document shall be properly marked “SECRETARY, TENDER BOARD, AIR TANZANIA COMPANY LIMITED, P.O.BOX 543 DAR ES SALAAM, TENDER No PA/100/2019/2020/HQ/W/08 FOR PROPOSED OFFICE PARTITIONING AT ATCL HOUSE THIRD (3) FLOOR, NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE MONDAY 16 TH DECEMBER, 2019 AT 14:00 HRS.
8. Late bids, portion of bids, electronic bids, and bids not received, bids not opened at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
