PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE CLINIC EYE HEALTH CARE AT BUGANDO MEDICAL CENTRE
- Bugando Medical Centre intends part of its funds towards the coast of the proposed construction of the child eye health care at BMC and intends to apply of the proceeds of this funds to cover eligible payment under the contract for proposed construction of the child eye health care at BMC
- Bugando Medical Centre Now invites sealed tenders from eligible National Contractors registered or capable being registered in class 3 and above for carrying out of the proposed construction of the child eye health care aT BMC
- Tendering Will Be Conducted Through The National competitive tendering procedure specified in the public procurement regulations of government notice 446 of 2013 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulations unless otherwise stated in the tender data sheet
- Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of the Secretary of BMC Tender board H4 Block P.O. BOX 1370 Mwanza from 7:30 pm ON Monday – Friday inclusive except on public holidays
- A complete set of tendering document in English and additional sets may be purchased tenders on the submission of written application to the address giver under paragraph 4 above and upon of payment of non-refundable fee for 100,00/=, payment should be by cash deposit into BMC Health Services Fund account no 01J1051393600 CRDB Bank and bring original pay slip
- All tenders must be accompanied by tender security declaration in the format provided in the tendering document unless otherwise stated in the tender data sheet
- All tenders in one original plus 2 copies properly filled in and enclosed plain envelopes properly written the name of the tender address time and the world DONOT OPEN BEFORE mentioned time of deadline and must be delivered to the address below Secretary of BMC, Tender Board H4 Block P.O. BOX 1370 Mwanza at or before 10:00 local time on 23rd July 2020. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of the tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the MBC H4 conference room , administration block
- Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, tenders not received and not opened and not read out in public at tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
