For Procurement of Upgrading Services of the existing PBAX system for BRELA Call Centre REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
This invitation for expression. of interest follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the financial year 2018/2019.
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS AND LICENSING AGENCY during the financial year 2018/2019. it is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Procurement of Upgrading Services of the existing PBAX system for BRELA Call Centre. ,
The BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS AND LICENSING AGENCY now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services which include Upgrading Services of the existing PBAX system for BRELA Call Centre.
Interested Consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services by submitting consultant’s profile; description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, and availability of appropriate skills among staff Also Consultants must provide valid Copies of; Tax Clearance Certificate, Certificate of Registration (Incorporation/Registration) issued by BRELA, Tax identification Number (TIN) Certificate, Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate, Power of Attorney and Business License Certificate. Consultants may not associate to enhance their qualifications.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act No. 7 of 2011 and the public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 (hereinafter called Procurement Regulations).
Selection will be conducted through the Quality and Cost based selection procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.
Interested eligible consultants may obtain further information from the office of The Secretary of the Tender Board, Business Registrations and Licensing Agency, Lumumba Street, New Ushirika Building P.O.Box 9393 Dar es Salaam from 0730 A.M to 1530 PM on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays before the deadline of submission of Expression of Interest (E01).

late Expressions of Interest shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances.
