INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS
This Invitation for Quotation (IFQ) follows the General Procurement Notice for the Tanzania Meteorological Authority for the 2019/2020 financial year that appeared in the PPRA Journal and portal
The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the Tanzania Meteorological Authority during the financial year 2019/2020. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for which this IFQ is issued.
You are hereby invited to submit your priced quotation for the provision of the services as described in the Statement of Requirement (S0R) and Prices as detailed in Section II.
The fee for quotation is TSHS 30,000/= (Tanzania shillings thirty thousand only)
All quotations in one original plus one copy, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes marked “Quotation No AE/003/2019-20/HQ/NC/01, SUPPLY AND PRINTING OF TMA STAFF IDENTITY CARDS AND BADGESP’, must be delivered to the address Director General Tanzania Meteorological Authority P.O. Box 3056 Dar es Salaam.
Deadline for submission will be Monday 6th September 2019 at 13:00 hours local time. Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenderers representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Tanzania Meteorological Authority Conference room 3rd floor, Ubungo Plaza Morogoro Road.
Late, partial and electronic quotations, and quotations not opened at the quotation opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
