The University of Dodoma (UDOM) intends to lease various rooms (Space) for various business located at different Colleges in The University of Dodoma. The spaces are leased on ”as is, where is” basis and the procuring entity shall have no further liability during the leasing period.
The University of Dodoma now invites sealed tenders for the lease of various rooms (space) as follows:

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013 Government Notice No. 446 and Public Procurement (amended) Regulations, 2016 Government Notice No. 333 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested tenderers may inspect various Rooms (spaces) at various places as indicated on the item no. 2 above on 12/09/2019 from 8:30hrs to 4:00 hrs.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, Central Administration building, The University of Dodoma, Box 259,0ffice no. 081 2nd floor Dodoma from 8:30 to 16:00 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable % fee of Tanzania Shillings 50,000.00 per LOT. Payment should be through Control number issued from University of Dodoma Accounts Department.
All tenders in one original plus two copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelops must be delivered to the address Office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, Central Administration building, The University of Dodoma, Box 259, office no 081 2nd floor at or before 10:00hrs on Thursday 26th September 2019. Applications will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Applicants’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Senate hall Ground Floor, Central Administration Building at the University of Dodoma.
Late tenders, portion of tenders, electronic tenders, and tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
