Lease of Space for Provision of Services at Tanzania Airports Authority Managed Airports
Invitation to Bid
Tanzania Airports Authority has available spaces for various business opportunities (for Leasing) at various managed airports and intends to lease the premises to interested companies for provision of various services. It IS expect TAA will generate more revenues under the contracts and hence improve service delivery to its airports
The Tanzania Airports Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible business community for leasing the spaces (Business premises) at various airports as follows:
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering Method as specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, 2013-Govemment Notice No. 446 and Public Procurement (amended) Regulations, 2016 Government Notice No. 333 and is open to all national Tenderers as defined in the Regulations.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of Airport Managers at Arusha, Moshi,Tanga, Kigoma, Mara, Tabora and Julius Nyerere International Airport from 07.30 to 15.30 hrslocai time on Mondays to Fridays except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English language and additional set may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to Director General, Tanzania Airports Authority, P. O. Box 18000, Dar es Salaam and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS 100,000 Payment should either be by Cash, Banker’s Draft, or Banker‘s Cheque, payable to Director General,Tanzania Airports Authority.
All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Securing Declaration
All tenders in one (1) original plus two (2) copies properly filed in, and enclosed in plain envelopes clearly marked TENDER No. AE-027/2019-2020/HQ/N/1 LOT 14- 21 FOR LEASE OF SPACE FOR PROVISION OF SERVICES AT TANZANIA AIRPORTS AUTHORITY MANAGED AIRPORTS Do Not Open Before 11.00 HOURS, Local Time on Monday 16th September, 2019, must be delivered to the address of the respective airport as follows
Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the Presence ofTenderers’ representatives who choose to attend In the opening at the respective airport.
Late tenders, portion of tenders. electronic tenders, tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out In public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation Irrespective of the circumstances.
