Heart to Heart Foundation (HtHF) is an N60 with its headquartering located in South Korea and six branches in different countries. It was established in 1988 to bring beautiful society by support both domestic and international children and their families, who are suffering from poverty, disease and disability. HtHF has worked in Tanzania since 2009 dealing with Health issues and launched the Tanzania branch on June 30th, 2011 with registration No. 00NGO/00004737.

As part of project Hearth to Hearth foundation (HtHF) has send fund aside for Geophysical survey and drilling of boreholes to 9 primary schools and 2 hearth centre and installation of submissible water pump/solar pump In Llndl District Council
Heart To Heart Foundation now invites sealed Tenders from eligible national contractors registered or capable of being registered as drilling contractors in Class seven and above for carrying out the Geophysical survey and drilling of boreholes to 9 primary schools and 2 hearth centre and installation of submissible water pump/solar pump in Lindi District Council.
Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding. Country Director of Heart to Heart Foundation invite the interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of Heart to Heart Foundation, Ligula A, P.O. Box 1213 Mtwara from 7:30 to 16:30 on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays.
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tshs 100,000/=. Payment should be by Cash payable to Hearth to Hearth Foundation.
All Tenders in one original plus ONE properly filled in. and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Country Director, Heart to Heart Foundation, Ligula A, Mangowela Street, P.O. Box 1213 Mtwara, before 09th Aug, 2019 at 11:00 am. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Heart to Heart Foundation office at 11:30 am on 09th Aug, 2019 For Tender opening.
Late Tenders portion of Tenders. electronic Tenders, and Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
