FOR SUPPLY OF POLE LINE ACCESSORIES UNDER A TWO YEARS FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

USING FRAMEWORK CONTRACT

INVITATION FOR TENDERS

1. The government of TANZANIA HAS A SET ASIDE FUND FOR THE OPERATION OF THE Tanzania Telecommunication Corporation during the year 2019/2020.  Its intend that part of the proceed of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the supply of terminal equipment for the corporate customers under a two years framework contract
2. The TTCL now invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers of pole line accessories under the two years framework contract
3. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive tendering procedure specified in the public procurement regulation 2013 government no 446 together with G.N No 333 and is open to all tenders as defined in the regulation
4. Interested eligible tenders may obtain further information from and inspect the tendering document at the office of the Tender Board Secretary, Extelcom House 7^th floor 32 Samora Avenue P.O. BOX 9070,11950 DSM, From 8: 00 to 16:00 on Monday to Friday inclusive except on public holidays
5. A complete set of tendering document in English and additional set may be purchased by interested tenders on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 4 above and upon payment of non-refundable fee of TZS 150,000.00 payment should either be by cash banker draft or banker cheque payable to TTCL Cashier at ground floor Extelecoms House
6. All tenders must be accompanied by tender security in an acceptable from in the amount of 1% of the total bid or freely convertible currencies
7. All tenders in one original plus 1 copy properly filed in and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Tender Board Secretary, Extelcom House 7^th floor 32 Samora Avenue P.O. BOX 9070,11950 DSM at or before 14:30 local time on 23^rd March 2020.  Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of tenders representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Exteleoms House 12^th Floor 32 Samora Avenue DSM
8. Late tenders portion of tenders electronic tenders not received, tenders not opened and not read out in public at the tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances
