REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND MATERIALS
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) has set aside funds in its 2018/2019 budget. It is intended that part of the funds will be used to meet payments for Human Resources Consultancy Services.
The Board of Trustees of National Social Security Fund (NSSF) now invites qualified consultants to express their interest in providing the required services.
The consultant must have previous experience and required qualifications in similar assignments which include:
- An overall developed strategy for change management and transformation plans
- Researched and examined transformation initiatives and the accompanying change management approaches.
- Provision of and strategy for, psycho social and other counseling.
- Outlined the requisite and appropriate sensitization and training interventions.
- Understanding the different types of Change management that enabled employees to Cope and adapt them. Perception and handing of things (assignments) Making Positive Changes towards business and life
interested firm must submit relevant information indicating their qualifications for performing the required services. information required shall include but not limited to.
- Certified copies of original registration documents defining legal status of the Firms, principal place of business, Business License, TIN Certificate NAT Certificate etc.
- qualifications and experience of the proposed Firms and key personnel, accompanied with professional certificates of certified customer service trainer for change management program, latest updated CVs and Company Profile;
- Experience in similar consultancy services with reference to handling of Management Change Program in the past three years including names and contact address/person (s) of their respective clients.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement (Selection and Employment of Consultants)
Reguiations.2013 made under GN No. 446 of 20th December, 2013 and its amendment of 2016 made under GN 333 of 2016.

Expression of interest must be delivered to Director General, NSSF, 16th Floor of Benjamin William Mkapa Pension Towers Azikiwe Street, Dar es Salaam on or before Tuesday, 18th June, 2019 at 3.00pm, clearly marked ”Tender No.PA1004I2018-2019IHQICSI12 for Expression of interest for Provision of Consultancy Services for Change Management and Materials.
Expressions of interest wiii be opened immediately after the deadline for Submission in public and in the presence of applicants’ representatives who choose to attend the opening ceremony at NSSF Conference Room, 16th FIoor, Benjamin Wiiiiam Mkapa Pension Towers (Tower B), Azikiwe Street, Dar es Salaam.
Telegraphic, Telefax and Electronic applications will not be accepted. Applications not received and not opened in public at the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of any circumstances.
