FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF ISLAMIC SOCIAL SECURITY AND INVESTMENT

1.This Invitation for submission of Proposals fellows the General Procurement Notice foe project which appeared in Zanzibar Leo Issue no. 6330 dated 2nd September 2021.
2 The Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar through Zanzibar Social Security Fund bas allocated public funds for the cost of Consultancy Services for Establishment of Islamic Sectors Security and Investment intends to apply a portion of the funds we eligible payments under the Contract for which the Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued.
3. The Zanzibar Social Security Fund now invites proposals from the shortlisted consultants to provide Consultancy Services for Establishment of Islamic Social] Security sad Investment and above details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
5. A firm will be selected under Least Cost Selection (LCS) and procedures described in this RFP.
6. Is addition with the Lamer of Invitation, the RFP include: the following documents:
- Section 1: Information to Consultants ITC.
- Section 2: Proposal Data Sheet PDS},
- Section 3: General conditions of contract (GCC)
- Section 4: special conditional of contract (SCC)
- Section 5: Proposal & contract Forms
- Section 6: Terms of Reference (TOR)
- Section 7: Undertaking by Consultant on Arci – Bribery Policy ‘ Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
7 A complete set of Quotation in English and additional sets may be purchased by interested Bidders the submission of an attend application to the address given under paragraph 7 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of (TZS 34,000), Payment should be settled through the following Account details:
