TENDER FOR DEVELOPMENT OF A TOUCH SCREEN CLIENTS FEEDBACK SYSTEM ON QUALITY HIV SERVICES PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NUMBER ICAP/TZ/08/2021-2022

Introduction:

MSPtI Tanzania LLC, known as (CAP, it 2 non-governmental organization operating m Tanzania since 2004, vie funding mainly from the President’s Emergency Pain for AIDS Relief (PLPFAR) through the ULS. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) ICAP at Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health is the recipient of a free-year PEPFAR funded cooperative agreement beginning 29th September 2021 from the Centers born Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to support comprehensive community: and facility-based HV and VMMC services in Mwanza region.

MSP Tanzania LLC – ICAP interests to procure development of a touch screen clients’ feedback system On quality HIV Services for HKIA Plus project under PLPFAR/CDC awarded funding.

MSPHI Tanzania LLC – ICAP now invites reputable and registered suppliers to request the tender

document for the following Scope of Work: Development of a touch screen client’ feedback system on quality HIV Services provided:

Background

(In order to monitor and improve the quality of HIV services provided of the supported health facilities, (CAP will deploy a touch screen kiosk with a system for clients receiving HIV services to provide feedback on the quality of the services that they received at the supported health facilities.

The touch-screen clients’ feedback system on HV services is therefore expected to have the following outcomes:

  • Clients will have a medium to shave their concerns on the quality of HV service delivery and give Opportunity to health facility authorizes to address These concern. This feedback loop will increase this trust in the health system and foster collaboration lo improve health service quality.
  •  Health care providers will be awes of the community’s perception of this services and areas for improvement. This information will facilitate better planning prioritization for IV services
  •  Regional and Council health management leant will be able 10 use the clients’ feedback from the system on Imitations to high quality HIV services in specific health facilities to rate health facilities and mobilize resources for quality improvement.

Encryption of the system fosters:

The system will enable the clients to provide feedback on the HV services they received at the health facility. There will be place where the touch screen “kiosk” will be placed, and clients who received 11V services, will be able to provide their feedback on the touch-screen they exit from the facility. There will be close ended questions, and the client will respond according to their satisfaction level.

This feedback will be integrated into a dashboard database (web application) that will be shared with health facility leakers on a monthly basis. The health (facility administrators will be able to work on the specific agues raised by the clients and provide feedback. This feedback will also be shared by the Councils and Regional Health Management teams.

Ascription of Services needed:

1. Purchase of 16 touch screen clients’ feedback kiosks

2. Installation of 16 touch screen clients’ feedback kiosks in 16 health facilities in Mwanza region

3. Development of the touch screen clients’ feedback kiosk software for capturing the feedbacks

4 Development of 6 web application dashboard for analytics

5. 1 yeas maintenance of the 16 installed touch screen clients’ feedback kiosks.

The bidders shall submit with bid the fallowing additional description:

1. Business introduction letter

2. Business/company profile

3. Valid business license

4 Tax identification numbers (tin)

5. Valid tax clearance certificate

6. Value added tax registration certificate (if any)

7. Certificate of incorporation (if any)

6 Astute of association (if any)

9. Manufacture authorization

10. Memorandum of association (if any)

11. Experience justification

12. Letters for recommendation from at least know well companies

Note:

1. The public tender opening will be made in presence of all bakers of their official representatives, we encourage ail bidders to attend through soon call and Zoom Call Link will be sent to all who appeared only in advance of the meeting.

2. Bids not received and opened in public at the public bid opening ceremony all not be accepted

for evaluation respective of the circumstance

3. The tender validity period is 14 days.

4 Selection will be lowest price, technically evaluated/ acceptable based on technical specifications and others criteria described above.

5. MSPH Tanzania reserve the rights to disqualify any offer based on failure to follow solicitation instructions.

6. MSPI1 reserves the rights to waive minor proposal deficiencies that cannoli be conducted prior to award determination to promote completion

7. MSPH will be contacting all those that have submitted quotes to confine contact person, access and that bid was submitted for this solicitation.

8. The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per MSPH Taranis LLC – ICAP Proasement Guidelines.

Eligible suppliers meeting all stated requirements are requested to. –

Submit one application for each they are applying for.
