Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) is looking for the potential investor partner who will develop a mixed used complex who is financially self-sustaining under Build Operate and Transfer modality. Thus, TF F invites potential investors partner to build operate and transfer modality. The proposed project structure would essentially be a contractual arrangement whereby a potential investor partner will make use of TFF’s site for commercial gain purposes.
The potential investor partner would be granted a concession contract under build operate and transfer.
Following the construction and commissioning of the mixed used Complex. the potential investor would continue its marketing efforts, generate income, operate and maintain the facility for the agreed build operate and transfer duration and as per minimum performance standards set out in the build operate and transfer agreement and transfer the mixed use complex (facility) to the agreed period.
