FOR CONSTRUCTIONS OF KABINGO AGGREGATION CENTRE IN KAKONKO DISTRICT COUNCIL
INVITATION FOR TENDERS
The Kakonko District Council has received FUND from the United Nation Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) towards the cost of Construction of Kabingo Aggregation Centre, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Fund to cover eligible payments under the contract for Construction of Kabingo Aggregation Centre.
The Kakonko District Council now invites sealed Tenders from eligible National Building Contractors registered or capable of being registered in Class Six and above for carrying out the Construction of Kabingo Aggregation Centre.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering specified in the Public Procurement Regulations, Government Notice No.446 of 2013 and is open to all Tenderers as defined in the Regulations unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from and inspect the Tendering Documents at the office of the Secretary of the Tender Board, Kakonko District Council of P.0.BOX 3, KAKONKO from 08:00am-3:30pm of working hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive except on public holidays
A complete set of Tendering Document(s) in English language and additional sets may be purchased by interested Tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address given under paragraph 5 above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Tzs; 200,000.00 Two hundreds thousands only. Payment should be made through account number 51510002017 Own Source Collection Account, Kakonko District Council after obtaining control number for payments from District Treasurer through contact +255769479883 and Collection Revenue officer contact +255753987045.
All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender securing declaration in the format provided in the Tendering documents unless otherwise stated in the Tender Data Sheet.
All Tenders in one original plus two copies, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be delivered to the address Secretary of the Tender Board, Kakonko District Council, P.O.BOX 3 KAKONKO at or before 12; 00am 5th September 2019. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence of Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Kakonko District Council headquarter located at Kanyamfisi area.
Site visit shall be held on Thursday 30th August 2019 from 9:00 am at Kabingo area of construction at the I office of District Engineer under bidder’s costs 3
Late Tenders portion of Tenders, electronic Tenders, and Tenders not received, Tenders not opened at the Tender opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
