The World Vision Tanzania – Head office Arusha invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors. Contractors Should be registered under drilling category by CRB or ministry of water and valid drilling license from ministry of water for drilling of boreholes. Contractors Should be registered under Building category by CRB or ministry of works and valid construction license for construction works
The World Vision Tanzania -Head office now intends to identify and enlist reputable and registered contractors for:
CONSTRUCTION WORKS
Category A
Lot1: Construction and renovation of Endesh dispensary at Karatu DC.
Lot 2: Construction and renovation of Burger dispensary Karatu DC
Lot3: Construction and renovation of Mtala dispensary Karatu DC
Lot 4: Construction of Maternity and Delivery Building at Mtala Dispensary Karatu DC
Lot 5: Construction and renovation of Mang’olabarazani dispensary Karatu DC
Category B
Lot 6: Drilling of borehole at Endesh Village in Karatu DC
Complete sets of bidding documents may be obtained at WVT head office Njiro — Arusha by interested eligible bidders, upon presentation of a request letter dully stating the company name and original Bank Pay in slip for Tzs. 100,000 (Tsh. One Hundred Thousand only) for each category being a non-refundable fee, deposited with our bank accounts details below

You are required to email the deposit slip to the email address [email protected]. The same email address will confirm receipt and send you bid documents within 48 hours. Upon sending your email indicate the reference number of the tender and company name as the email subject.
Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend in the conference room of the organization (TUMAINI HALL) at 10.00am local time of June 15th 2021. Bids sent by post must be registered.
All tenders in one original and one copy, properly filled and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes (not indicating bidder’s name) stating clearly TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION should be addressed to:

Deposited in the Tender Box at the reception of World Vision Tanzania – Head office Njiro Arusha.
The tender validity period is 90days.
Telegraphic, Telex, Telefax and late non-Telegraphic, Telex and Telefax will not be accepted. Bids not received and not opened in public at the public bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
Note that the organization is not bound to accept the lowest, highest or any tender.
The evaluation of bids will be conducted as per World Vision Tanzania Procurement Guidelines.

Note:
1. Power of Attorney must be on Legal paper and fully signed by Attorney
2. Site visit shall only be conducted from the 31.05.2021 to 04.06.2021 from 09;00 am to 04;00 pm with contact number 0757767685
3. All BOQs should be properly filled with hand ink and no typing or any type of modification
4. State clearly your work plan for each Lot
5. For Category A, Lots can be submitted in one book indicating clearly names of the Lots and 1 set of business documents attached
